Return and Refund Policy

At Alppeer, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition ("as-new condition") with all tags attached.

Return Requirements

To receive a full refund, returned items must:

  • Return Item "as-new condition"
  • Include original packaging (whenever possible)
  • Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories

Eligible Items: All hoodies, windbreakers, jackets, tees, beanies, caps, track pants, joggers, leggings, shoes, blankets, backpacks, and home goods are eligible for return unless marked as final sale. Items must be in new, resalable condition.

After 30 Days

After the 30-day return window, we can only offer replacements or refunds for manufacturer's defects.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
  • Final-sale items

How to Initiate a Return

How to Start a Return

Contact us at customersupport@alppeer.com or call 1-720-790-2168 during our business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM MT) within 30 days of delivery
Include your order number and reason for return
We'll provide return instructions and address, and help make the process as smooth as possible.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Restocking Fee: Our return policy is designed to be hassle-free, offering free return shipping for defective items and no restocking fees. We aim to make the return process as straightforward as possible for eligible items. Just give us a call before initiating a return.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

International Returns: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. For orders under $50 USD, we may offer store credit instead of requiring a physical return.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at Returns@alppeer.com or customersupport@alppeer.com  with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

Exchanges: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
